Gio was knowledgeable and hit the highlights of both the museum and castle. I wish they asked us if we had any areas of particular interest in advance so we could see those parts of the museum too. Things I’d improve/wish were different: meeting place was vague. Gio was also running late so other guides with the same group were trying to coordinate their groups and ours. Also, didn’t expect to have been given little ear pieces to hear her as we walked around. It was nice while we were outside, but was just another thing to mess with while walking around.

Amazing time with Lily! She is without a doubt - the most informed, engaged, considerate, and knowledgeable tour guide we have had in CMDX! Anyone who has the pleasure to spend time with her, both in and around the Anthropology Musuem and the Chapultepec Castle, would no doubt understand the depth of her knowledge, her immense love and respect for her country’s history, and her passion for culture and the context which it lives. Her enthusiasm and fervor (and deep respect) for her people and its long history is contagious! Happy to have had the pleasure to learn so much from her in a short amount of time. -N&J

Really glad we took this tour ! Learning more about the history of Mexico and the richness of the Mesoamerican culture was among the best parts of our visit to Mexico. Our guide Ligia has more than 20 years experience and it shows in the depth of her knowledge. We felt relaxed walking through the Bosque de Chapultepec and visiting two excellent museums. It was obvious that doing it on our own would have been a far less satisfying experience. Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable guide. He was very helpful and patient with the tourist. He was helpful in getting me an elevator ride to get to the castle.

Fernando was great but day got a bit long with two standing/walking tours. Would suggest a shorter museum tour.
